CURVED CHUTE
In order to achieve the correct design of the loading head and feeder, a 3D computer model is used for the design of the guide chute to determine its geometric structure. Minimize the angle and force of impact as much as possible to maintain momentum balance. It has a three-step design process. The first stage is to test the characteristics of the conveyed materials and the dynamic and hydrodynamic parameters related to the belts and structural materials, in order to determine the characteristics of the materials and their performance in the material conveying system. After defining various belt conveyors and material parameters,the track after unloading the materials is determined; The second stage includes verification of the current on-site dimensions and preliminary design. A set of two-dimensional design drawings and three-dimensional graphics of the chute created using 3D software are reproduced, and the flow characteristics are verified using the discrete element model (DEM) method. This is the core technology of this system.And various computer-based technologies including DEM, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and finite element analysis (FEA) are used for the second stage simulated calculation. The analysis should include the discharged air, the introduced air, and the generated air in order to implement the simulation run during the design period so that achieve the best results in the structural design. In the third stage, the final design is finalized.
