Conveyor Belt Deviation Correction Roller System consists of an internal fixed roller shaft that rotates laterally relative to the belt, and an external rotating roller shaft. The two ends of the external roller shaft are conical, and the edge diameter is small. When the belt deviates from the center to one side, the belt will contact the conical section of the corrector, and then cause a change in force. This prompts the corrector to turn around the center, guiding the belt to be centered, and then ensure that the force of the corrector on the two conical sections ultimately reaches equilibrium, and keep the conveyor belt always in the middle position.
A significant advantage of the correction device is that it does not rely on the belt edge contact to correct the belt. When the belt shows signs of deviation, it can correct the deviation to ensure efficient and effective belt correction, and ensure that the edge of the conveyor belt is not worn or scratched.
